Beautifully refurbished historical hotel located in the city center.
During my stay, I faced multiple inconveniences with the air conditioning system. The first room was excessively warm, and while I was moved to another room, it still left me uncomfortable. Additionally, the on-site parking policy was unclear, and I encountered confusion with the staff regarding my reservation, adding to my stress. For a hotel of its caliber, these issues were disappointing.

A cozy stay in the heart
Sheltered within Belluno’s historical center, I enjoyed easy access to charming restaurants and shops. The staff's attentiveness turned a simple stay into a memorable experience.
Unfortunately, my room was small and lacked natural light, making it feel a bit cramped. Plus, I faced issues with the air conditioning, which required assistance to resolve.

well, the location was decent, I’ll give them that, but the noise? ! I barely slept due to my neighbors—could you really not find a quieter room? And where was my welcome gift, hm? Oh right, just handed a key. I almost thought I would leave a glowing review, but couldn’t deal with these lacks of courtesy.
